Chit Kart
A chit fund app for iOS and Android: members track savings and dues, join live auctions, enrol in new plans with UPI and keep every certificate in one place.
The challenge
Chit funds have long run on paper passbooks, branch visits and phone calls. Members cannot easily see what they have paid, what is due or when the next auction is, and every step must still follow the Chit Funds Act, 1982.
What we built
We built Chit Kart as one React Native app for iOS and Android. Members sign in with their phone number, complete KYC and get a personal dashboard with savings, dividends and dues. Auctions run live in a chat-style bidding screen with countdown timers, new plans can be joined in minutes with UPI, and certificates and agreements are always at hand in the app.
