CSP Wala
A web platform for bank Customer Service Point (CSP) operators: account opening, KYC updates and service-request forms for 12 nationalised banks, with operator and passbook portals.
The challenge
Customer Service Point operators open accounts and handle requests for several banks, and every bank has its own paper forms. Filling them by hand is slow and error-prone, and operators have no central record of the work they handle.
What we built
CSP Wala is a Marathi-first React web platform for CSP operators. The operator enters a customer's details once and gets the account opening, DA-1, FATCA, integrity pledge and APY / PMJJBY / PMSBY forms filled in and ready to print. An operator portal and a passbook portal centralise transactions and day-to-day monitoring.
